A heartfelt thank you to the Pamela Pulkrabek Kelsch Foundation for their generous donation of wish list items to support our NICU and Pediatrics departments.

Their continued partnership helps provide comfort, care, and essential resources for our youngest patients and their families during some of life's most challenging moments. We are incredibly grateful for their ongoing commitment to making a difference and for the special connection they share with these departments.

The foundation delivered a "wish list" of needed items to Altru for their NICU and Peds departments. The foundation has a special bond with these departments and we look forward to continuing this arrangement into the future.

Wishing Steve strength and healing on his journey, and we look forward to supporting another meaningful KMO Memorial Ride this August.

The Iron Pigs Red River Valley Chapter have selected EGF PD retired Sgt Steve Demers to be the beneficiary of this year's KMO Memorial ride and auction.
Steve is undergoing treatment for esophageal cancer and has a long road ahead of him.
The Iron Pigs will continue to fund the KMO Scholarship and its partnership with the Altru Foundation for the Pediatric Endowment fund. We also plan to assist any potential community members in need.

⛳ A little rain couldn't compete with the power of a community coming together for cancer patients and families!

Thanks to our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and community partners, the 2026 Altru Cancer Center Golf Tournament raised more than $162,000 to support cancer care close to home. From the first tee shot to the final putt, participants embraced the challenging weather and showed what can happen when a community comes together for a meaningful cause.
