Let’s say it plainly: In 2023, a jury found Donald Trump liable for sexually abusing E. Jean Carroll — then liable again for defaming her when he lied about it. A judge later said that finding was, in common understanding, a finding that he r***d her. This isn’t a smear. It’s a verdict.
