HC Community Care Center & Food Pantry The HC Community Care Center & Food Pantry is a ministry of Hope Church. Guests may come once per month for groceries. Appointments are required.

Through the love of Jesus Christ, the HC Community Care Center ​& Food ​Pantry ​exists to partner with the community to eliminate ​hunger and ​provide resources that promote independent living and a sustainable lifestyle. Photo ID and proof of address is required for each visit.

If you are in need of food assistance, please call on Tuesday, May 26 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to schedule an appointment.
