I walked Ray Richards early this morning and unfortunately the ground is too soft to groom. Booo! I don’t want to risk damage to the golf course.

Ray Richards groomed this morning. It’s soft but coming together again. (There are a few chunky sections following my attempt to groom when it was so wet. Lesson learned!)

I groomed only the practice loop and the main inner loop so I could take more passes trying to firm it up.

Don’t be alarmed by the icy mess by the parking lot. That is the worst section.

Maybe after it freezes it will be groomable. But there is a lot of water follow the odd rain we received last night.

Great news! The trails survived the melt! Ray Richards groomed tonight. Practice loop and main inner loop in great shape. Outer loop had a large bare spot but is skiable.

Ray Richards groomed tonight to get it in tip top shape before the dangerously warm temps descend tomorrow.

I had the unfortunate misadventure of getting stuck again. It happens so fast getting pulled into the deep snow….and digging out is quite a little process!

Happy skiing! Best for a morning outing tomorrow if you can, before the snow is too soft.
