Though you mainly see our presence in the late fall through the holiday season, we are busy at work all year!

In order to stretch our donations to the max, we shop all year in order to stock up for the season's goodies.

Sorting and putting things into inventory is a lot of work - but worth the reward!

Our non-profit relies on donations and volunteers to make our program happen!

A donation of $40.00 sponsors a bag for one child.

The cost of providing this small package to each child amounts to $70,000 per year.

We are fortunate to have a community that supports this program. Thank you to all of our donors, sponsors, in-kind donors, volunteers, and grantors!

School is in session, and while most people are adjusting to the new school year, we're putting on our Santa hats! 🤶🎁

This week, we are going to highlight our program and give you some information on our 2026 season.

Who are we and what do we do?

The Santa Claus Girls organization has been serving the Grand Forks and East Grand Forks communities since 1916, recently expanding our mission to the GF Air Force Base.

Our mission is to provide a gift bag to children aged 12 and under from low-income families during the holiday season.

A child receives a gift bag containing an age-appropriate toy, pair of socks, pair of winter gloves, winter hat, toothbrush, toothpaste, treat, reading book, and coloring book. Each family receives a gift certificate for a pizza, pack of crayons, roll of wrapping paper, and roll of tape.

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing students at The Summer Performing Arts Company (SPA)! 💙

Throughout the summer, SPA participants collected quarters for our Giving Tree Pantry, helping support Grand Forks Public Schools families in need. These quarters will be used to help cover the cost of doing laundry, making a meaningful difference for local families.

Thank you, SPA students, for your kindness, generosity, and for showing that even small acts of giving can have a big impact!
