People living with dementia often want to maintain their independence for as long as possible, but caregivers can struggle to find the right balance between promoting autonomy and ensuring safety.

This session held August 10 at Noon CT explores how dementia affects a person’s ability to perform everyday activities, the evolving safety considerations that come with cognitive changes, and practical strategies for providing the right level of support.
