Shekinah Ranch cabin is calling . . .

After a very warm and dry winter, spring has arrived early. Snow is almost all gone, and the temperature climbed to 70 degrees today. I heard a bird sing and enjoyed the sunshine and the blue sky. No spring flowers yet but they are surely not far behind.

We are excited about new possibilities at Shekinah Ranch this year. A premier log builder in our county is going to engineer a pavilion that will serve as a meeting place for guests and other groups.

It's not the usual white winter up here, but snow is not the only thing we enjoy. When I saw a moose out in the meadow browsing, I asked God to let me get a good shot. Then they--three of them!--starting marching towards the house, for a pose :-)

Here's a quick update from Shekinah Ranch:

It's felt like summer today, but we might still get some snow tomorrow night. Such is spring weather up here. Enjoy a few pictures of spring flowers.
