Ever wondered what it’s like to live and work in one of the most remote and extreme places on Earth? Join us for a fascinating lecture by Joe Rottman, a wrangler here at the South Rim, who has firsthand experience working in Antarctica!

Joe has worked with the National Science Foundation at McMurdo and South Pole stations, as well as served as an expedition cruise ship guide for four cruise lines on the peninsula side of Antarctica.
