Introducing Rylie Dewley to The Faces of Grand Blanc! 😎

Rylie is a current senior here at Grand Blanc High School - and after getting to know her we couldn't be more excited to have her as part of our community. 💙

Q: What advice would you give to people?

"My advice to people of any ages is to not base your worth off of what other people say. I used to do this often and would take the words that people said about me to heart, even if they were negative. I think the most important thing people can do is not worry about negative things that are said about them because no matter how many people like you, unfortunately there will always be one that does not."

A person who wears his heart on his sleeve, Mitch has lived in Grand Blanc since 1989 and has given back to this community twice over through his family's foundation - ColinsAngels.org, Colin Dembo Literacy Project and his work as a practicing attorney.

Mitch not only shares some fun pieces about himself in his interview below, but he speaks of his passion work with Colin's Angels. 💙

Jenny is a highschool American Sign Language teacher here in GB🤟

Having spent her whole life here in in GB Jenny was able to share her admiration for our community!
She prides herself in her career sharing what she loves most about being a teacher -
"What I love most about being a teacher is the influence you have on the kids. I love inspiring kids that want to become interpreters, teachers, be successful in life and inspire them about their future."
