๐Ÿ“ฃ Don't Forget!!

๐Ÿ€ Food Challenge is a 4-H contest where teams "of three to four members are given a mystery โ€œkeyโ€ ingredient and access to a limited grocery supply to create an original dish within a set time. Teams then present their dish to judges, explaining preparation methods, nutrition and MyPlate connections, food safety practices, and proper serving size. The Food Challenge promotes creativity, communication, leadership, and practical life skills while reinforcing healthy eating habits." (Texas 4-H Food Challenge Rules)

โ€œTexas 4-H has been part of so much change recently โ€“ new places, new technologies, new opportunities, and new challenges. While change can be unnerving and uncertain, it also allows us to try something different, meet new people, learn from new challenges, and forge new paths. As we move into the new year which will bring even more change, I encourage all of us to โ€“ be curious, be courageous, be creative, and be connected.โ€ - Dr. Montza Williams, Texas 4-H Program Director.
