This year, we proudly awarded scholarships to 18 outstanding students from 9 high schools across the San Fernando Valley. These students excel not only academically, but also through their dedication to community service — truly reflecting Rotary’s spirit of Service Above Self.

We are excited to see them continue their journeys at amazing schools including Stanford, Yale, Columbia, UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, and more. Congratulations to all of our scholarship recipients — your future is bright! 🌟

At today’s Granada Hills Rotary luncheon, we were honored to hear from Katherine Thomas of the Center for Healthier Communities at Dignity Health Northridge Hospital Medical Center.

Her presentation, “Creating a Community Against Elder Abuse,” highlighted the importance of awareness, prevention, and standing together to protect some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
