Thank you to Mrs. Doris Hammock, Board President of the Mt. Zion Community Faith Healing Restoration Project, for the invitation to participate in Behind the Scenes of Mental Health. Community Enrichment Group was honored to provide an informational booth highlighting the benefits of journaling for mental wellness, along with resources on stress management and positive affirmations. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner once again to promote hope, healing, and emotional well-being throughout our community.
