Lori Houlden-Girard, the founder of Meals That Matter—a 501(c)(3) based in Grafton that delivers nutritious, homemade meals to individuals in need—was recently informed that she won $1000 from the Tufts Community Grant program.

“The recognition truly felt like a shared accomplishment…for our volunteers, community partners, and the neighbors we serve,” Houlden-Girard said. “Knowing that so many people believe in this work and want to see it continue was deeply affirming.”
