This was such a fun vibrant dance class at All Star Health Center. The founder and her daughter taught our class, which gave Eve a chance to focus on individual participants a little more. 🕺💃 We started the class on the floor, stretching out, and then did a little freestyle, topped off with a dance circle where everyone showcased their personal moves.
