We were so busy enjoying the Cinco de Mayo fundraiser we forgot to take more photos and videos. How wonderful it was to end up selling out of tickets!! A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, donated, donated for desserts, to our board members, Two Hearts plate/utensil rental and of course Little Bite Deli for their amazing food, Horchata and service. We are feeling so incredibly thankful for such a wonderful event at the center. Please continue to keep an eye out for more events this spring and summer. We look forward to being able to bring community together!

Our coordinator will be at the Graeagle Market selling tickets and also providing information about our center and what we have and will be offering. Our fundraiser is just under a month away. Join us at The Mohawk Community Resource Center for our Fiesta Fundraiser—an evening of great food, community + a raffle. Dinner will be catered by Little Bite Deli across the street from us. We will also have drinks and dessert. We will also have an art opening showcasing the work from the 4 Friends group as well.

The Mohawk Community Resource Center is getting a fresh new chapter. After repainting and revamping, we’re ready to bring in new furniture to make the center even more welcoming, cozy, and supportive for everyone who walks through our doors. We are currently seeking community donations to help us furnish the space.

We are looking for: 2 club chairs + 1 small table for in-between them, 2 computer chairs, and 8 chairs for our main brown meeting table.
