The pears may have lost their battle with the weather this year, but the peaches are coming in strong! The Gothenburg Lions Club is taking orders now for sweet, juicy Colorado peaches. Stock up for snacks, pies, cobblers, jams or just enjoy them straight from the box.

Grab a lug, support a great cause and savor a little taste of summer. 🍑

❗️We have another date scheduled! We will be at the Gothenburg Senior Center to help distribute coupons on June 23rd from 9-11 AM CT!

The Nebraska Senior Farmers Marker Nutrition Program provides low-income seniors with coupons to purchase fresh produce or honey (pure only) at Nebraska farmers markets and roadside stands.

We will continue to share more distribution dates as they are scheduled!

Tired of the same old lunch options? Join us tomorrow, June 23rd for our Pulled Pork lunch fundraiser! Eat in or take out. $10, no reservations needed!

Whether you enjoyed the delicious burgers and ice cream last night, or were unable to make it - here is a another chance to come dine with us and support the senior center!

Delicious pulled pork sandwiches will be offered in house and to go during lunchtime on June 23rd. No reservation needed! Please share this post with your friends and family to get the word out!

We have a VERY busy week ahead at the Senior Center!

✔Tomorrow, Friday, June 19th: Father's Day Lunch at 12PM! Make your reservation by 9:30am tomorrow for the chicken fried steak lunch.

✔Tuesday, June 23rd from 9-11AM: This will be your chance for those 60+ to get the farmers market coupons. This will be the ONLY time you will be able to receive these coupons, so make sure you stop by!

✔Tuesday, June 23rd at 11:30AM: We will be serving our community fundraiser pulled pork lunch for $10. No reservation needed!

✔Wednesday, June 24th at 12:30PM: Niki Salomon, Pharm.D. R.P. Will be hosting "Over The Counter Medication Jeopardy!" Learn about how over the counter medications can interact with your prescriptions in a fun, game show format.

✔Thursday, June 25th from 6-8PM: Bingo Night hosted by Stone Hearth Estates! Come have a sloppy joe dinner and enjoy some bingo at this all ages event. The kids love it! Free-will donation.
