🇺🇸 Thank You for an Amazing Coffee Talk! ☕

What an incredible day at our Operation Oscar Mike Coffee Talk!

We want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who came out to spend part of their Saturday with us. It was great seeing familiar faces, meeting new veterans and first responders, sharing stories, and building new friendships. Events like these remind us why Operation Oscar Mike exists—to bring veterans together and strengthen the bonds that connect us.

A special thank you goes out to the Branch Hill Ohio VFW Post 5354 for stepping up and providing us with a location on short notice. Your support helped make this gathering possible, and we are truly grateful.

We’d also like to recognize my 14-year-old son, Blaine, who volunteered his time to cook burgers and hot dogs for everyone. His willingness to help serve those who have served made the day even more special.

There was no agenda, no speeches, and no expectations—just good food, good conversation, old stories being told, new stories being created, and friendships being formed. That’s what community is all about.

As Operation Oscar Mike continues into our second year, we are thankful for every veteran, first responder, family member, volunteer, and supporter who helps make these gatherings meaningful. We look forward to seeing everyone again at our next event.

🇺🇸🥾 OPERATION OSCAR MIKE x CINCINNATI NATURE CENTER 🌲

Operation Oscar Mike is proud to announce our partnership with Cincinnati Nature Center for our ongoing Hike & Heal initiative.

Every day, far too many veterans and first responders struggle silently with isolation, depression, anxiety, and the challenges of transitioning through life's toughest battles. The statistic of 22 veterans a day lost to su***de has become a call to action for organizations across the nation, and we refuse to stand on the sidelines.

Hike & Heal is a simple concept with a powerful purpose: get people outdoors, get them moving, and create a safe space for meaningful conversations. No speeches. No judgment. Just fresh air, good people, and the opportunity to connect with others who understand that sometimes healing begins with a single step.

Through this partnership with Cincinnati Nature Center, we're creating opportunities for veterans, first responders, and community members to come together, build relationships, and remind one another that no one has to carry their burdens alone.

Whether you're struggling, thriving, or somewhere in between, there's a place for you on the trail.

Because healing happens in community.

Because strength is found in connection.

Because one conversation can change a life.

We’ve had the pleasure to work with these incredible gentlemen a couple times and the knowledge that has been obtained so far has been priceless. If you’re looking to learn about gardening, compost, soil prep or anything else, Lem and Aca are a library of knowledge and information about it all. I encourage you to come out and check out the garden, meet the guys at 3Thumbz Up, LLC and some of the vets from the Branch Hill Ohio VFW Post 5354. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
