A huge thank you to the students from Chester Academy Key club, along with their advisor, Mrs. Langlitz and the staff at Chester Academy for partnering with Team Redeem this year! Thank you for bagging the recyclables and allowing bins to be placed in the classrooms and parking lot! Because of your hard work and dedication, we were able to help a number of local sanctuaries by providing them with much needed supplies and food, paid for 100% from redeeming the bottles and cans you collected this year! Today was a wonderful day to deliver food supplies to Sandy's Tattered Tails Animal Sanctuary, a sanctuary for various animals including cats, dogs, horses, pigs, chickens, a rabbit, a mule, and guinea pigs. We appreciate the community's ongoing support in dropping off bottles and cans, as the redemption proceeds have covered the costs of these supplies, thereby enabling Team Redeem-Chester, NY's continued support for local animal sanctuaries.

Team Redeem answered another desperate call for help! Earlier in the week, kitten food and kitty litter were delivered to Mindy, who has at least 15 kittens ready for adoption. Team Redeem to the rescue! 🚚 This morning, seven boxes of kitten food were delivered to Evie, who works closely with other cat rescues in the area. She recently took in several new cat moms and their kittens and is getting them spayed/neutered and vaccinated - no easy task, expensive and time-consuming! Shout out to Sue, Ashley & Johnny, Jeri, Uli & Linda and Roseanne for their recent donation of bottles and cans, which, once redeemed, made this food donation possible ♻️❤️😻.
