There is still time to sign up for our In Person grief support group meeting June 10th at SunnySide Farm. The meeting is from 6:30-8 pm and the setting is a stunning farm sanctuary in Warwick NY.

The view is of rolling hills, farmland, blue sky's (hopefully), gorgeous ponds (with highland cows swimming in them) , and lovely animals enjoying their best life (like the baby goats on their playground!).

Milo’s Mission and SeansDream along with SunnySide Farm are sponsoring this meeting and serving food so we can all gather, connect, have fun and share.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been almost a year since Milo’s Mission and Sean's Dream launched our grief support group along side SunnySide Farm! It has been an absolute honor to connect with 44 beautiful individuals who showed incredible courage and vulnerability by joining our sessions.

In less than a year, we’ve seen 44 individual sign-ups and 121 total meeting submissions. Witnessing the growth and healing within our community has been truly priceless.

We are committed to continuing these meetings both virtually and in person. Please keep a close eye on our page for upcoming sign-up information, as spots are filling up very quickly!

To all our community supporters: A letter from a client to us all …

I wanted to write this letter to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks for Lisa and Sean’s Dream.

I am a person in recovery, still sober but life can throw things at you. recently I went through a situation where I lost all of my belongings. Overnight, I found myself with just five days to find a place to live and somehow replace everything I needed to start over. I had nothing — not even a fork.

When I reached out to Lisa, I was simply hoping Sean’s Dream might have a few things available that could help me get by. What happened next was something I will never forget.

Lisa immediately sprang into action. She found me everything I needed, created an Amazon wish list, and through her and this incredible organization, every single item was purchased and donated to me. What could have been one of the darkest and most discouraging times in my life became a moment where I was reminded there is still extraordinary kindness in this world.

Words cannot fully express how grateful I am — not only for what Lisa and Sean’s Dream did for me materially, but for what they gave me emotionally. They gave me hope. They gave me dignity. They helped me believe I could reset my life when I felt completely knocked down.

What moves me even more is seeing someone who has faced struggles of her own choose to respond by helping others so selflessly. That says everything about Lisa’s heart and about what Sean’s Dream truly stands for. Anyone reading this should take note — this is what humanity is supposed to look like. People helping people simply because someone is in need.

I only hope someday I can be even half the person Lisa is and give back the way she has given to others.

Thank you, Lisa, and thank you, Sean’s Dream. You didn’t just help me replace belongings — you helped me rebuild when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I will never forget that.
