Ribs. Going…. Come fast

Today is the day! Come out to Middlebury for some chicken & ribs. The ribs sell out early, so order early. But good news is that if the ribs sell out, the chicken is absolutely wonderful. There will be plenty of potatoes too.

Mark the date down for our annual chicken sale. This is the club’s biggest fundraiser so it would be a giant help to come out and get some chicken and ribs (potatoes too). We are also looking for some volunteers to come out and help package and sell. This would be a perfect time to help out if you or someone you know is interested in doing more for the local alumni club. Message the club or comment your interest below and we will reach out for more details.

After serving 10 years as Purdue’s Executive Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, Mike Bobinski announced that he will retire on Dec. 31.

The Purdue Board of Trustees voted Monday morning to approve the appointment of Mitch Daniels to serve as interim president of Purdue University. He succeeds Mung Chiang, who will become president of Northwestern University on July 1.

“President Chiang has led Purdue forward in a host of important ways, and it’s essential that the momentum he has generated be maintained. ADOPT-A-ROAD May 30th, 2026 at 9 am
Please come and help us beautify Elkhart County on CR 18, starting from CR 17 and going west until CR 13. The Elkhart County Highway Department will provide the supplies, such as trash bags, vests, and gloves. Meet in north-west corner of the Faith United Methodist Church parking lot (22045 CR 18) for some refreshments before we begin the clean-up!

It's only a few days away now, so please sign up now.


It is open to all, so please wear your favorite team apparel. There will be a $10 entry fee. The winner will get 50% and the remainder will be applied to scholarships for Elkhart County students to attend Purdue. Door Prizes will be awarded for First place, Most loaners made and Most aggressive (most loaners missed).


It will be at Maple Crest Country Club, (Goshen, IN) with ordering off of the Bunker Room menu from 5:30-6:30pm and then Euchre 6:30-8:30pm. The Club’s Kitchen would prefer for you to pre-order your food. Please e-mail it to us. See the link below for the menu.
