Cabin Owners,
Last week, an email was sent regarding when cabin owners may come to camp to work on their cabins. If you did not receive that email, please contact Michelle at [email protected].

To clarify, the following dates are available for cabin work:

• June 25 – July 4
Please note: We will have a rental group on the grounds during this time. We ask that you drive slowly and be respectful of their space, just as they will be respectful of yours.

• July 12 – July 18

As a reminder, per the Cabin Owner Handbook, we ask that you contact our Camp Director before arriving so he is aware that you will be on the grounds. You may call or text the camp phone at 574-612-2241.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone at Prairie Camp.

Are you spending the night at Family Camp this year? Save some time and register online! You can purchase meal tickets, reserve your current spot for next year, and more. Once you arrive at Family Camp all you have to do is visit the camp office to pick up your registration packet. This applies to those staying in cabins, RVs, or serving as workers.

Online registration is open through July 10.

3:15pm Update:
We wanted to let you know that the forecast continues to improve, and the likelihood of severe weather is decreasing. While we're encouraged by the latest updates, our staff is continuing to monitor conditions closely.

Our campers are safe, having fun, and being well cared for. Thank you for your trust and prayers as we remain vigilant and prepared.

We'll continue to provide updates as needed.

Pr***en Parents,
We know that storms can cause concern when your child is away from home, and we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of every camper is our highest priority.

Our staff is actively monitoring the weather for tomorrow afternoon and following established safety procedures. Campers will be moved to safe locations as needed and will be well cared for by our team. While the weather outside may be uncertain, your children are safe, supervised, and surrounded by caring adults.

We are grateful for the opportunity to care for your students and appreciate the trust you place in us. Please know that we will continue to monitor conditions closely and communicate any important updates.
