Hey everyone! Unfortunately, we are going to have to cancel this month’s ATV Club ride. My ATV had a clutch failure our last ride
(it exploded), And without having a safe and reliable machine, there for leading and assisting the group, I don’t feel comfortable holding the ride safely. With it also being Memorial Day weekend, we figured attendance would likely be pretty light with many families traveling or spending time together anyway.
Even though we won’t be riding, we still had a great learning session at the last meeting! The kids did an awesome job working together while we tore down and reassembled a carburetor, learning what each component does and how fuel and air work together inside the engine. We also spent time going through the ATV ignition system, talking about spark, coils, plugs, switches, and how everything works together to get an engine running. It was a really hands-on night, and the kids asked some great questions.
