William Walton Day here in Carthage TN was a success!! Rooted Youth was able to share Jesus with people and hand out bibles, as well as help raise money for our church!

God blessed our efforts more than we imagined, and over all it was a great day!

Congratulations to all the winners of our baskets!!

2026 youth Lock-In was one I’ll never forget! Definitely the best one we’ve had yet.

Crazy to say, as tired as the leaders were, we had the best time!! There was evident unity and peace within the group, and that was a sweet gift from the Holy Spirit.

Kie Blackburn gave the kids a wonderful lesson called “Filled and Sealed”, reminding us all that the weight of this world will crush you, if you are not SEALED in Christ and FILLED with the Holy Spirit.
He reminding us that with Jesus on the inside of us, and the Presence of the Holy Ghost residing in us, we can be stepped on, hard pressed and surrounded, but UNCRUSHED because of the Power and Presence of Jesus covering and protecting us.

What a powerful night! We can’t wait for the wonderful plans God has in store for us!! Thank you Jesus!

Tonight’s lesson was all about the meaning behind Passover and communion. We read several scriptures and learned the significance and importance of both. Then we ended the night with some fun.

If you don’t have a home church we invite you to Living Water Ministries. There’s study groups for all ages!

Join me as we pray for our youth to return to school tomorrow! I want the Lord to guide every step they take and show them favor as they get this school year started. With times such as they are today, I also pray that they will show Jesus through their words and their actions each day so that the Lord may be glorified. I want each of them to have a BOLDNESS that only God can give them. I pray these things for the school employees as well!

🌟I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.🌟

Rooted youth took over the Cookeville Bowling World today! We enjoyed spending this time with our youth and getting ready for school to start back. I pray each and every single one of them have a year in their favor and they shine the light of Jesus on those around them.

P.S. Bill at bowling world in Cookeville was a phenomenal host and a blessing all the way around!

Wednesday night we discussed Who Jesus really is, the aspects about Jesus that prove He is God, and why we should be rooted in Him.

Pastor Kevin joined us and did what he does best. He had the kids illustrate how Jesus is our attorney Who intercedes for us, and makes us right before God because of His blood payment.🔥
