Everyone has a story and many involve YOU as the VICTIM. In life our biggest challenge is our mindset. We have the CHOICE to either dwell in our situation or experiences or build on them. We can walk through life kicking the rocks or cans or we can remove them from our pathway; whether or not we do is up to us. Giving power to those who hurt us is a challenge in our mind. I encourage you to remove the rocks or cans filled with hurt, bitterness, low esteem, regret, resentment, shame, or hate; dont continue to kick them around (they are constant reminders when we kick them, but removing and disposing of them is FREEDOM to LIVE). Whether you were beaten,raped, molested, abused(verbal or physical), tortured, or even unloved; they hinder us from being WHOLE. HUMILITY isn't weakness it's STRENGTH to LOVE BEYOND ADVERSITY, and the COURAGE to let YOUR LIFE BE a TESTAMENT of VICTORY. No one can hold you hostage to your past and nothing can keep you from being Free. What is it that you want? Whether it is to fall in love or be healed, it starts by mentally being free and forgiving.
