Imagine finally asking for help…
and the copay says “absolutely not.”

That’s why Soulcries exists.
To help make support feel possible again. 🤍

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍

Soulcries was founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to mental health care and support — regardless of their financial situation or circumstances.

Too many people face financial barriers when trying to access therapy, medications, and support, often during some of the hardest moments of their lives.

Mental health matters every month, but this month serves as an important reminder that healing, support, and hope should never feel out of reach.

If you’d like to support our mission this Mental Health Awareness Month, every donation helps us provide financial assistance and mental health resources to individuals in our community.

A little support at the right time can mean more than we ever realize 🤍

Every conversation, every share, every donation, and every moment of support helps create a community where people feel seen, encouraged, and less alone.

The impact support can have on a person’s life is profound, and every contribution allows us to continue helping more individuals access the care, encouragement, and resources they need.

We’re grateful for every person walking alongside us in this mission. Sometimes, simply knowing someone cares can change everything. 🤍

Getting help shouldn’t feel this hard.

If the search feels overwhelming, you’re not alone. There’s nothing wrong with you—the process is harder than it should be.
Take it one small step at a time. You’re worth it.

We love seeing meaningful work take shape in our community!

Proud to support one of our local teens serving on the Goodyear Youth Commission and helping create spaces like this.

If you have a teen, this is such a valuable opportunity to build real-life skills and connect with mental health resources.

Join us May 2nd from 10am–1pm at Goodyear City Hall.

10 therapy sessions…already covered because of you! 🤍

I don’t really have the right words, just thank you.

That’s 10 times someone gets to show up, be heard, and not have to carry it alone for a little while. I’m really grateful.

Oftentimes, conversations around therapy focus on whether someone is “ready” to begin.

But in reality, we often see people who are ready — they simply can’t access the support they need.

Cost, insurance limitations, and other barriers can make therapy difficult to sustain, especially during seasons when support matters most.

Kelly Mayes founded Soulcries to help make mental health support more accessible for people who need it — because support shouldn’t feel out of reach.

Two people are waiting.

They’re ready for therapy. They’ve taken that brave step to ask for help. Right now, funding is the only thing holding them back.

Our goal is to say yes to both of them by this Sunday.

Even $10 helps move that forward. Monthly support of $25, $50, or $100 goes directly to the therapist walking with them. Not overhead. Not admin. Their healing.

This is one of those moments where a small yes from us can change someone’s story.

If you feel led, you can give at soulcries.net And sharing this could reach the right person at the right time.

Deciding to seek support is a meaningful step.

But for many people, finding a provider, navigating insurance, and managing the cost can make that step feel overwhelming during an already difficult season.

Support shouldn’t feel this complicated. Every donation helps us continue making mental health support more accessible for those who need it most in our community.
