We praise God that Dave’s open heart surgery went well. He will be in ICU for several days before being moved to another room. We appreciate all the encouraging words and loving prayer for Dave. We are trusting in our Great Physician!

This past weekend, as I watched the news and listened to the concerns of our community, I was reminded that God calls us to be people of prayer. It is in our prayers that we can lift up those who are divided, those who are fearful, and those who are filled with anger. Through prayer, we can seek God's wisdom and guidance for how we can be agents of reconciliation and peace in our communities.
