There is power in the word of God!

Last month, the 2025-2026 Ministry Leadership Certificate (MLC) students gathered for a graduation dinner to commemorate completing this nine month program. It was a wonderful evening spent celebrating their dedication, perseverance, and the ways that God worked in their lives.

Developed to answer the call of Ephesians 4:12, “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,” the MLC is more than a certificate program. It’s an opportunity to gain confidence in God’s word and grow alongside fellow ministry leaders to advance the Kingdom. We invite you to take a BOLD next step in your ministry journey and join us.

From park gatherings during COVID to a new home in the community he grew up in… Pastor Aaron Newman and Union Church in San Clemente are proof that faithful churches find a way.

Pastor Aaron Newman grew up in San Clemente, came to faith in college, and felt called to plant a church in the city he loved. In 2018, that calling became Union Church. Eight years later, they are about to open the doors to their first permanent home.

Pastors and church leaders of the Rocky Mountain Church Network, you’re invited to join us for three days of encouragement, equipping, and connection.

This year, we’re excited to welcome Robby Lashua, Lead Pastor of Palmcroft Church in Phoenix, AZ, as he helps us explore the role of apologetics and theology in engaging our congregations, our culture, and the next generation. During our final session, Robby will share a practical pathway for putting these principles into action.

Come for a time of meaningful worship, authentic fellowship, great conversations, and time to connect with leaders from across our network. We’ll also have some great breakout sessions to help you navigate some of the issues you face in your ministry. Together, we can be more fruitful for the Kingdom!
