Vote for the People’s Choice Award, which will be distributed to the winner at a reception on October 7.

Thank you to everyone who came out last night to celebrate at the Everyday Wonders Library Fine Art Artist Reception!

Two artists were recognized for their work in the show: Denise Rufer received the Commissioner’s Choice Award for "Jerry's Room," and Avery Stewart received the People’s Choice Award for "Cecily."

The City of Goodyear is seeking artists to create artwork representing each of the countries or territories celebrated during Hispanic Heritage Month to be displayed at the city’s Ritmos Y Raices/Rhythm and Roots event. Following the event, works will be on display at Goodyear City Hall through mid-January.

Applications due by August 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

📢 A brand new exhibit has been installed in the breezeway at Goodyear City Hall!

“Syntax of the Unsaid” by 𝓐𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓱𝓪 𝓜𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓮 𝓐𝓷𝓰𝓵𝓲𝓷. The exhibit explores visual language that exists beyond words and we hope you’ll stop by to check it out. On display until October 7.
