I am so excited to lead this class on Tuesday nights at 6 pmin the southwest valley. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer having coached special Olympics powerlifting athletes at local, national, and international meets. Not wanting to be a powerlifter, thatβs fine, too. There are numerous benefits of resistance training and a supportive group community.
