Weโ€™re excited to have our local Boy Scouts joining us again to lend a hand!

Keeping M-15 clean is one of the many ways we take pride in and give back to the community we call homeโ€”and the more hands, the quicker the work!

๐Ÿ™‹ Want to help? Individuals AND groups are welcome! If you, your family, business, organization, team, or other group would like to participate, email [email protected] to let us know you're coming.

All help is greatly appreciated. Come spend a morning serving Goodrich alongside your neighbors, Lions, and Scouts!

๐Ÿ“ธThe Lucky Duck Derby through the lens of Lion Gregg Mulholland!

We're excited to share the incredible talent of Lion Gregg Mulholland, our resident photographer and owner of Neighborhood Sandwich Shack. Gregg has a gift for capturing the energy, fun, and community spirit that bring our beloved Lucky Duck Derby to life each year.

Hundreds of hours of work go into making the Duck Derby happen, and we're so proud that it has become a Good Times in Goodrich tradition.

Most importantly, THANK YOU, Goodrich! Because of your incredible support, we raised $14,000 toward our $15,000 goal!

None of this would be possible without the businesses, families, sponsors, volunteers, Lions, duck adopters, and friends who show up for us year after year.

Thanks to an incredible drone video sponsored by Realtor Tracy Butcher, you can now watch the moment ALL 1,000 Lucky Ducks took the plunge into Kearsley Creek from a whole new perspective. And yesโ€ฆ itโ€™s every bit as glorious as youโ€™d expect. ๐Ÿ˜‚

And for anyone concerned about the wellbeing of our hardworking athletes: every single duck is collected, washed, dried and tucked away after its journey down Kearsley Creek so the flock can rest up and be ready to race again next year. ๐Ÿ›

Even better? All 1,000 ducks were adopted this year, and we are now just $1,000 AWAY from our $15,000 fundraising goal! ๐ŸŽฏ

The Lucky Duck Derby is the Goodrich Lions Clubโ€™s biggest fundraiser of the year, helping fund scholarships, vision programs, Christmas decorations, food baskets, community assistance and so much more.

The 2026 Goodrich Lions Lucky Duck Derby is officially in the books, and all we can say is...

From the excitement of hundreds of ducks racing down Kearsley Creek, to the laughter of kids playing our brand-new Buck-A-Duck game, to the many free vision screenings provided throughout the day, this year's Derby was an overwhelming success!
