The GSC Thrift Store will be closed tomorrow, June 9.

As many of you know, our store is run entirely by volunteers. During busier seasons like these, it can be challenging to maintain enough volunteer coverage to keep the store operating.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of available volunteers, we do not have sufficient staffing to open the store tomorrow. As a result, the GSC Thrift Store will be closed for the day.

We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We are incredibly grateful for the volunteers who make the store possible and for the community members who continue to support us.

If you have ever considered volunteering, now is a great time to get involved. Additional volunteer support helps us maintain regular hours and continue providing affordable goods and services to our community.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on Saturday, June 13.

The event is open to ALL base personnel and their families including all services, Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, Retired, and Civilians.

WHAT: Goodfellow AFB Military Appreciation BBQ – FREE Lunch, Live Music, Kids Zone, Good Times
