🌟 GAF Gala Recap: A Historic Night of Giving 🌟

After 10 incredible years of hosting our annual GAF Gala, we’re proud to announce that this was our final event of this kind. While it’s bittersweet to close this chapter, we are incredibly excited about the future and the impact we've made together.

Over the past two years, our focus has been on supporting the expansion at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Gonzales. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we’ve exceeded our $500,000 commitment over 5 years and are thrilled to announce that we’ve raised $625,000 in just two years! A special moment of the Gala included $290,000 in personal pledges from donors in attendance, bringing us one step closer to finishing this life-changing project.

This funding supports the $2.5 million expansion project for the Cancer Center, which will enhance local cancer care in a big way. But we still need your support to help finish the goal. If you’re interested in getting involved, we’d love to hear from you!

A heartfelt thank you to our GAF Advisory Board members, GAF Committee members, MCs, and all of our donors for making this possible. Your dedication and generosity are the heart of our success.
