The Outpatient Registration gals took Second Place in our Second Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Their "Dubble Bubble Gum" Gum Machine was very impressive and "popped" them into a winning position for the 2nd Place traveling trophy and $75 cash. Congratulations!

Our First Place winner in the Second Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest (sponsored by the Auxiliary of Memorial Hospital and Gift Shop) is Surgery! Their "Gonzales Healthcare Systems Special Edition of Wheel of Fortune" won them the 1st Place traveling trophy and $100 cash! Very creative! Congratulations!!

Scottie Beth Baker, Cathey Crawley, and Roy Crawley are enjoying time with hospital volunteers of south central Texas at our District 3 meeting. Heard children's cardiac surgeon who highlighted that Voluneers (1) are an extention of patient care; (2) allow physicians and other caregivers to do their jobs better; and, (3) positively impact patient outcomes. Come join us as a member of the Auxiliary of Memorial Hospital! We meet on the last Tuesday of the month at 2pm in the CREATE room at Thrive.
Our activities are focused on fundraising to support local citizens seeking a Healthcare career through scholarships.
There are opportunities to support efforts and be involved by working in the Gift Shop at the hospital, serving on project groups, and participating in fundraising events! Membership dues are only $35 per year!!
