At approximately 11:30 on Monday October 13, 2025, Deputy Riley will be escorted to the Price LeBlanc PACE Center located at 2824 St Anthony Avenue Gonzales, Louisiana for a public viewing and funeral service. Visitation will begin at 12:00 and conclude at 2:45. The funeral service will begin at 3:00pm. At the conclusion of the services inside the PACE Center, Deputy Riley will be escorted out of the PACE Center where honors will be rendered to include a 21-gun salute, taps, fly over, and a Final Call. Deputy Riley and family will be escorted to a private burial after the honors. There will not be a public or law enforcement procession.
Please prepare for additional traffic, temporary road closures, and possible delays in the area of the PACE Center during this time. If you plan on attending the service, please see the parking diagram as the PACE Center parking lot will be reserved for family, command staff, and immediate co-workers.
To protect the aircrews conducting the flyover, a designated UAS/drone area has been established west of St Anthony Avenue and north of the PACE Center. The maximum flight altitude is is 200 feet AGL.
