Today, I had the honor to be the guest speaker for the Helix Aviation Academy's 5th Grade Moving Up Ceremony.

It's such a humbling experience to be able to impart into the lives of so many children, teachers, and parents what God placed in my spirit for them.
GOD IS SO AMAZING!

Leadership is less about position and more about faithful presence: knowing Christ, feeding his people, guarding the gospel, and equipping the church to love God and neighbor. When leaders serve as under-shepherds, the body grows in unity and strength, and Christ receives the glory.
