🎄✨ Gonzales, get ready—Winterfest Parade night is ALMOST HERE! ✨🎄
The magic rolls out Saturday at 7:00 PM, starting at the Jr. High on St. Louis & College, then winding its way through our sparkling downtown!

🚧 Road Closures Begin at 6:00 PM
For the safety of our performance groups, floats, and walking entries, streets along the route will begin closing around 6:00 PM.

🚗 A Friendly Holiday Request:
Please avoid parking on the streets around the squares and along the parade route. Our giant, glowing floats need plenty of room to make those turns—and your help keeps everything merry and moving smoothly!

🎅✨ Grab your lawn chairs, hot cocoa, and holiday cheer—this Winterfest Parade is shaping up to be the brightest one yet! See you downtown! ✨🎄

Tonight, 8 lucky kids will have the chance to ride the magical Christmas Trolley (with an adult) to help Santa light the Christmas tree at Independence Square! 🎅🌟

Hooray, today’s the day! Santa Claus is coming to town on the TXGN Christmas Train at 6pm, then join him for the Christmas Tree Lighting at 8:45pm in Independence Square! And tomorrow, WOW! A big day full of festive fun for the entire family! Kick off with a pancake breakfast with Santa at 9am at the Methodist Church, followed by WinterFest from noon until 10pm and including the Lighted Christmas Parade at 7pm!
