The SBCRC is a not for profit organization dedicated to furthering the skill of riding, encouraging horsemanship, and advancing the welfare of horses and ponies. Our series consists of five or six horse shows per year, held at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, home of the Santa Barbara National Horse Show. We pride ourselves in offering quality competitions for every level of rider at an affordable pri
ce. We offer a wonderful awards program, great prizes, fun classes, and recognize our award winners each year at the annual SBCRC Awards Banquet. Many of our exhibitors come from outside of Santa Barbara County to compete in our series. They enjoy the fund prizes, breezy temperatures, quality course designs, judging, and the versatility of our classes. They also enjoy the convenience of the beach (only a couple miles from the showgrounds). and the entire Santa Barbara experience.
