WE need donations and YOU need to clean out your attic/garage/closet (or maybe all 3, we don’t judge). Is that a coincidence? Or is it destiny? Fate even? Whatever you want to call it, we call it a good decision.

Here are some ways to donate:

🚙 Bring donations directly to the store at 124 E. Mulberry St in Downtown Goldsboro. We accept donations during regular business hours.

☎️Call 919-736-9550 and ask for Chuck, our store manager, to request a pick up

💻Vist https://onlinedonationpickup.com/habitatgoldsboro/ to schedule a pick up online

💙🏠💚 Thank you for being part of our mission to provide affordable home ownership opportunities in our community through our nonprofit partner Habitat Goldsboro-Wayne! We couldn’t do it without your generosity!

Help us wish our ReStore manager Chuck a Happy Boss’s Day!!

Chuck has the eye of a designer, the mind of a historian, and the heart of a helper—we are incredibly thankful for all the ways he gives of himself for the ReStore and the Habitat crew. If you’re a regular at the ReStore, you know how busy he stays around here, so it will come as no surprise that the only photos we could find of Chuck are of him hard at work!

Happy Boss’s Day Chuck (I know how much you love this kind of attention, please don’t fire me for posting this! 😂😂)

There’s no I in team but there is in sick day so this week’s Top 10 is brought to you by teamwork, text messages, and cooties! Thanks to technology, no germs were spread and we even threw in a bonus item for y’all. Wash your hands and say your prayers cause Jesus and germs are everywhere, friends!

These affordable homeownership opportunities are what you’re helping make happen every time you shop or donate at the ReStore!

Our New Homeowner Application season has officially come to a close, and we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the hope and excitement surrounding this opportunity!

This season, we received 528 applications from individuals and families seeking the opportunity to achieve affordable homeownership. We are honored to share that we will be presenting 6 Wayne County families and 2 Lenoir County families to our Board of Directors for consideration.

Behind every application is a story, a dream, and the hope of a brighter future. We believe that everything begins at home, and we are grateful to be part of a mission that opens doors to opportunity for families in our community.

Please join us in celebrating this milestone and keep these families in your prayers as they take the next steps in their homeownership journey.

Together, we’re building homes, community, and hope.
