The ENC 146.685 Repeater with an 88.5 hz tone is "fully" back up and operational. Spread the word and remember to mention we'd like to expand our membership base so we can keep it that way. Thanks for your continued support!

Repeater is back up with a temporary fix. Repairs will continue next week with the repeater going off-line periodically as the crew repairs the power feeds up the tower.

ENC Repeater Association Lunch/Meeting at Bum's Restaurant 566 E 3rd St, Ayden, NC 28513, September 27, 2025 @ 1300. Pay as you go. This is in leu of our Fall picnic and will be a business meeting to make up for our (last) March meeting. Hope to see you there!

146.685 repeater is down due to a lightning strike. Contact with tower engineer - they are having trouble getting the breakers reset and are investigating further. 73 de W4DNA - Dave

Services for Wade Daniel Hampton, Jr. (Danny) will be held on Wednesday, March 6, at McCullers Community Church at 133 Rand Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. Visitation with the family will begin at 12:00 p.m. followed by funeral services at 1:00. The graveside service will follow at Montlawn Cemetery at 2911 S Wilmington Street in Raleigh at 2:00 p.m.

It is with a heavy heart I wish to inform our group of the passing of Marvin "Mac" Garris, Jr., W4MMG. Mac will forever be in our memories, especially as we recall our social events where he could barbecue pork better than anyone! I've attached a photo. Although it has a bit of age on it, it reflects what most of us fondly remember of him.
