🌟 What a wonderful evening connecting with fellow HR professionals at our WCHRA meeting last night!

A HUGE thank you to the Franklin Baking Company team for welcoming us, providing an informative tour of their facility, and sending us home with some of the freshest bread around! We truly enjoyed getting a behind-the-scenes look at the work that goes into baking the bread so many of us know and love. From the baking process to getting those products stocked on our local grocery store shelves, Franklin Baking Company plays an important role in bringing some of the best bread to tables throughout our community and beyond! 🍞 ❤️

👏 A special thank you to Savannah Harvey with the NC Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Services for the Blind, for sharing valuable information about their programs, services, and resources available to support individuals and employers in our community.

It was a great evening filled with networking, learning, and building meaningful connections with HR professionals across Wayne County. We are grateful for opportunities like these to learn more about the incredible businesses and organizations that help our community thrive!

A special thank you to the County of Wayne Human Resources Department for hosting us and providing a delicious meal. We truly appreciate your hospitality and support of WCHRA!

A special thank you to Nichole Alley, MBA, SHRM-SCP for an engaging and insightful presentation on “The Manager Capability Crisis.” We walked away with practical ideas for developing stronger managers, recognizing leadership pitfalls, and building the capabilities every effective manager needs.

What an incredible evening we had last night at Goldsboro’s Travel & Tourism in Downtown Goldsboro! ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a night filled with connection, leadership, laughter, and fun. From great conversations over dinner to being encouraged in our HR leadership roll to dancing, it was truly a memorable event!
