Precious Paws Spa Snoozes is partnering with Kate's Kookies for a SWEET fundraiser for Rescued By Bruiser! Read below and look at the pictures for more informative on how to order your cookie dough. Each bag is filled with 50 ready to bake cookies for only $25. The ordering window is open now through August 25.

Our amazing friends at Kates Kookies are teaming up with us with their delicious cookies, and every sale directly supports our animal rescue efforts. We're on a mission to sell as many as possible to ensure we can continue providing a safe, loving environment for every animal that comes through our doors, expand our reach to future rescues, and keep our vital non-profit vet program running strong. Precious Paws Spa Snoozes is hosting a Paws in the Sun fundraiser for Rescued By Bruiser! Read below for info on a raffle for a free grooming session. Stop by the fundraising event on August 16 to see vendors like The Main Scoop, Sip Society, Batter Together, Susy Pupusas, Nice Beans Coffee, Spiceable Jams and Jellies, and more. The event runs from 11 am to 2 pm.

Get ready to wag your tails with excitement! We're hosting a super fun raffle to support our friends at Rescued By Bruiser! For every $10 you donate, your name will be entered to win a *paws-itively* fabulous full grooming session for your furry friend! No pup to pamper? No problem! You can generously donate your free groom to another local shelter or rescue, and we'll sweeten the deal by providing *two* free grooms to that organization! Our pantry shelves are running low, so instead of a can drive, we're holding a Grocery Drive! As more families stop in each week, we need your help keeping our shelves stocked with everyday essentials.

Our biggest needs include:
🥫 Canned fruit
🥕 Canned vegetables
🍅 Canned tomatoes
🐟 Canned tuna
🍗 Canned chicken
🍜 Ramen noodles
🥜 Peanut butter
🥣 Oatmeal
🫒 Cooking oils (canola or olive)
🍎 Applesauce
🍚 Rice (white or brown)
🌾 Flour
🍬 Sugar
👶 Baby food
🍅 Condiments (mayo, ketchup & mustard)
🧀 Macaroni & cheese
🥣 Cereal

Please keep these things in mind when donating:
✔️ Choose package sizes appropriate for a family. We don't have the ability to break down bulk-sized items, such as giant containers of oatmeal or oversized pantry items.
✔️ Please check expiration dates before donating. Unfortunately, expired food has to be discarded.

We still love and appreciate household item donations, so please don't stop bringing those! We are just working on getting our pantry restocked.

Goldfield Farmer's Market starts this Thursday! The farmer's market will be every Thursday from 4:00-6:00 pm, weather permitting, at the Goldfield city park. Several vendors will be there with items such as baked goods, fruits, veggies, jellies, and jams. Support our local growers!

Can and bottle collection on Tuesday, July 7. Leave your cans and bottles on your curb and Greg Schipull will pick them up. Proceeds benefit Down Memory Lane Park-Goldfield IA beautification projects like the blacktop paving project, plants, and more. You can also contact Greg for other pick up or drop off options.
