🌟 Meet Heather, one of JPP’s newest Family Coaches! 🌟

Heather joins JPP after a decade working in Adult ESL, where she supported refugee and immigrant families as an educator and career navigator. She is passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, navigate unfamiliar systems, and turn big goals into achievable next steps.

As a first-generation college graduate, Heather understands how challenging it can be to navigate educational and professional systems without a roadmap. She brings that perspective to her work with JPP families, helping make those pathways feel more accessible and achievable.

When she’s not working with JPP families, Heather enjoys salsa dancing and taking long drives with her children. 💃🚗

We’re thrilled to have Heather on our coaching team and look forward to the connections she’ll build with families throughout Jefferson County. 💙
