Success Story Spotlight: Adriana

Raised by a single mom, Adriana worked with JPP coaches who helped her gain the confidence to achieve her hopes and dreams. Last week, she returned, not as a participant, but as a thriving HR professional.

Now serving as People Business Partner at EGYM, Adriana shared her inspiring journey with JPP families, talking about what it’s like to work in Human Resources, the education and skills needed to succeed, and how perseverance and hard work helped her build a thriving career.
