Welcome to CSDRH, Ringo! 🥹💚

This sweet old man was found wandering the streets of Denver. When no one came to claim him, we snatched him right up—and he’s officially one of ours!

Ringo has already had his first big transformation: a much-needed haircut!

Next up is a full medical exam next week. We already know he’ll need a neuter and dental, and we’ll learn more about what else he needs to feel his best.

In the meantime, Ringo is settling into his foster home like he’s been there forever. He loves being held, cuddled and petted, and his favorite place to be is wherever his foster mom is. Basically, personal space is no longer part of her life. 😂

We’re so happy this little old man is safe, loved and getting the care he deserves.

If you’d like to help us cover Ringo’s upcoming medical care, please consider making a donation. Every little bit helps us say “yes” to seniors like him. 💚

And worth every penny. Josie, our puppy mill mama has faced some big challenges lately regarding health. It’s hard to give up on a dog who’s lived their whole lives in a puppy mill - this is their chance to have a great life. I hope she knows how much she is cherished. 💗

Sweet Oreo has been learning how to walk on a leash which is a big step for him! We’re still working on his stranger danger but he’s made baby steps with that since being in our care. Go Oreo go!

We have been on quite the health journey with little miss Josie here the past year! She’s seen so many specialists from internal medicine to dermatology and ophthalmology, and we’re still figuring some things out. But despite all this and her horrific history of being a puppy mill mama for 8 years of her life, she is just so happy to be here, soaking up all the affection and snacks. She’s the definition of resilient.

We got her eye issues figured out, now it’s on to a different dermatologist to see if they can help us figure out her skin issues. This wouldn’t be possible without all of your support 💚 Your donations make a real difference in senior dogs lives.
