🌽 Hunger doesn’t take a summer break. When school is out, many children lose access to reliable daily meals—and families are left trying to stretch already tight grocery budgets even further.

At BGOLDN, we see the impact every day:
📊 1 in 8 kids in Jefferson County are food insecure
🍎 Demand at our Fresh Food Pantry surges each summer
🍞 We distributed more than 18, 215 pounds of food per month in 2025

This summer, our goal is to help provide 25,000 meals to local families facing food insecurity.

Join the First Presbyterian Church during the “Golden Super Cruise” which is a celebration of vintage cars and hot rods that “cruise“ up and down South Golden Road in the evening of the first Saturday of every month all summer long. First Presbyterian Church will be hosting an ice cream social on June 6 with all donations benefiting BGOLDN. Look for ice cream at the First Presbyterian Church of Golden at 17707 W 16th Ave between 5-8pm.
