Have you heard? Shop for Change - PRISM's Thrift Shop got a refresh!

Thanks to an incredible group from Executive Connections, a professional networking cohort, the store was completely reset in under two hours. The new layout is the perfect way to welcome summer and has made the space feel more open and inviting for everyone.

With a clearer view across the sales floor and roomier aisles, it’s a fresh new shopping experience, and we’re loving it.

In April, PRISM served more than 2,000 households across our programs. From visits to the food shelf to housing assistance and supportive services, community members come to PRISM knowing they will be met with care, dignity, and support.

Our mission is to provide social services and connections that empower people in our community to build healthy, stable lives. Whether someone is experiencing food insecurity, facing a housing crisis, or navigating a difficult season, PRISM is here to help.

All sessions are from 9–10 AM and feature local professionals sharing insight on important community topics.

PRISM’s 2026 Produce Distributions are back! Join us on these dates from 2–4PM at the PRISM Food Shelf to receive free fresh fruits and vegetables. Everyone in the community is welcome, and distributions are first-come, first-served.

Please note that the Food Shelf will close for regular visits at 12:30PM on distribution days, and no new intakes will be accepted after 12PM. Distributions will be held indoors, though an outdoor line may be required depending on attendance.

We recommend bringing reusable totes, carts/wagons, and an extra set of hands since produce can get heavy. We look forward to seeing you this season!

Monday’s Most Appreciated Donations! This week, PRISM is especially in need of baby wipes, cheese, butter, and toilet paper. These items help fill important gaps in our inventory and expand options for participants visiting the food shelf.

If you donate butter or cheese, please let staff know so we can get it into the coolers right away.
