One of our vets pulled in this monster! We quickly got our photos and safely returned her to the ocean. Our policy is to return the lingcod over 20 pounds to help keep the population healthy. This fish will lay up to a half million eggs at a time.

Hello Gold Beach Community! Rogue Fishing Operations roguefo.org is fastly approaching our annual veterans fishing trip! We will be hosting 60+ veterans including their family members starting Friday August 16th evening till Sunday the 18th. We will take our guests fishing on Saturday, providing jet boat rides, bbqing burgers Friday and frying up fish for the final night dinner on Saturday! We could still use a river fishing guide but we are hammering out the final details. Contact me if you wish to get involved please dm me. We're so lucky to have so much support in this awesome community!

Had an awesome time fishing with a few Sheriffs from San Mateo County and a couple Vets earlier this week. They couldn’t have picked a better couple days to come and fish with us. We had several fish on anchor and several fish trolling. Couple double hook ups, lots of hatchery fish and we even kicked a Sea Lions butt, that tried stealing one of our fish. We won and got it back!!! Experiences and memories that will not be forgotten. Looking forward to having these great guys that serve our country so well come back!
