With the 4th of July rapidly approaching, new rules are in place for July 4, 2021. Discharge of fireworks is now banned in unincorporated southwest Snohomish County. Violating the ban can result in a $500 fine. Fireworks may be discharged in the rest of unincorporated county only on the 4th of July from 9 a.m. until midnight.

SAFETY Reminder: The Snohomish County Fire Marshal has issued a burn ban until further notice due to the hot, dry weather we have been experiencing.

Hi, just wanted to let everyone know that the school district (transportation) will be cutting branches that are encroaching the roadway. The branches are preventing the busses from coming through and in order to avoid damage to the busses, we have given them permission to cut what they need too. They will leave the branches on the right of way for the homeowner to take care of. If you have a tree that is hanging in the road way, it is your responsibility to make sure it is cut back. Thank you all for your help with this.

Hi, I have noticed quite a few people paying on PayPal but are not picking family and friends. If you don’t do this there will be a fee from PayPal and will be deducted off the amount you pay. Please make sure you are clicking paying family and friends so you don’t have a fee. Thank you!

Hi, just a reminder that if you are not going to make the meeting or have a proxy to turn in, it needs to be sent in or given to a board member before the meeting or it will not count. This is for the July meeting.

Reminder: If you are paying your dues through PayPal, you must select family or friends. If not it will assess a charge that is deducted from your payment. Also mortgages do not pay dues. If you believe your mortgage company is paying them, please give them a call because we do not receive payments from them. It’s something the mortgage companies will not do. Thank you!

Statements for annual dues are going out this week. As a reminder if you are past due by $500 you are subject to liens, small claims, and collections. If you have payment arrangements then this does not apply if you are making monthly payments. Liens add an extra $250 to accounts. Small claims add $200. If you are owing over $500 please call to make payment arrangements or pay in full to avoid these extra charges. We all need to pay our part to manage the roads and parks. It is up to the homeowner to ensure we have the correct mailing address on file so if that has changed, please update that information. Thank you!

Just a reminder, if you are planning or have recently installed a fence in your front yard, please remember it must be 5 feet back from the road and not on the right of way. Right of ways are owned by all in May Creek Club and must be left clear of any permanent structures. Please ensure you are not in violation when putting up fences. Thank you!

There is some landscaping being done on Wallace Falls Loop Rd which includes the coming and going of dump trucks and heavy equipment. They have been authorized to park on one side of the street as to not block traffic or mailboxes. They will put all things disrupted back to original condition when completed. This should be completed in about 3 weeks. Let's be supportive of our neighbors who are going out of there way to make a beautiful yard for all to look at and enjoy when driving through the neighborhood. If you have any further issues, please direct them to the property manager. Thank you!
