I wanted to let people on our email list know: I sent an email out today. Going forward this is how Tethered will get our information out to people. Please note we will NOT be sending daily or weekly emails like some places - no lne needs the spam! We will email when we need to publicize events.

It feels kinda gross trying to convey the sacredness of our work through a screen. I hate it, how can a spiritual practice be properly expressed and received this way?? Tethered was created to be IN person. To see, feel, and hear our community in real time, with our feet on the earth and the stars above... so this is it. Community update 💫

This Sunday will be our final Entheo Hour at this Tethered location, and we would love to gather together one more time in this space that has held so much.

At 5 PM, for those who feel called, we will sit reverently with Hapé — a quiet moment to ground, connect, and honor the medicine.

Then at 6 PM, we’ll be opening the space for something a little more playful and alive ✨

I want to take a moment to personally reconnect with this community and re-introduce myself — not just as a facilitator here, but as the original founder and visionary behind Tethered.

Long before Tethered had a name, or a space, or a circle of people, I knew I was walking a sacred path. The very first “job” I ever remember wanting was to be a nun. Even as a little girl, something in me was oriented toward devotion, tending the invisible, and holding space for the sacred in everyday life.

Tethered was later born from a mushroom. (A story for anotheree day!)

While our physical location on Main Street in Goffstown is coming to a close, the entity of Tethered as a nonprofit, faith-based organization remains very much alive! I am experiencing this moment not as an ending, but as an opening.

I feel genuine excitement about the waves of growth now available to us - outdoor gatherings, rural spaces, pop-up ceremonies, and more intentional containers for deep work.

Personally, I am in a season of continued initiation, through life, through sacramental work, and through my own ongoing devotion to this path.

I cannot wait to witness how this sacred path continues to unfold.

It was important to Shannon and I to follow up our previous post about the closing of our Goffstown location with a personal message from each of us. Here is mine:

When Shannon and I first opened the doors to Tethered, we knew it was a risk. Most dreams are risky; but this one even more than the rest. We couldn’t have possibly imagined how many people would find their way to our space, would step across the threshold towards transformation, would offer themselves to the deep surrender of healing, trusting us to help them safely land. As I reflect on the past 3 years, I feel the community of Tethered like an ancient stone circle around my heart: sturdy and sacred, granting protection and endless blessings.

I have come to see that being successful and being profitable are not the same; but you do need both to keep the doors open. In every sense I could describe, we have been successful. It has been a genuine privilege to share so many ceremonies with, at this point, hundreds of visitors to Tethered. But I have come to see that the time I am able to devote is not sufficient to make the work profitable. So, I am choosing to enter a season of rest, to draw back and reconsider what will sprout from new seeds.

As I sat at my altar considering these changes, I turned to my long-time favorite poet of all time, Rumi. This book was a Christmas gift from my mother and I randomly opened to this page, and a poem which so beautifully describes my journey of the past 3 years.

In every way I have been given the chance to “unveil my face and brighten our dim world”, I say thank you. Tethered has offered me a space to truly know my-Self, and to see that Self mirrored back in so many faces. And for that, I am so deeply grateful.

Tethered Community —

We wanted to share news that due to a rent increase we are making the decision not to carry on at our Main St Goffstown location.

As much as we love what we created on Main St. this was never the final, dream location.

So we are listening to the gentle nudge from Source to move on, to move in the direction of the original dream.

We are tethered as a community & will continue to host individual private sessions and group events — watch the socials and email for invites and information.

Feb 22nd, Entheo Hour at 6pm will be our final in-person event on Main St. We hope to see you there!

We plan to ceremonially close out the 2 year container of this location and open our hearts to the wisdom of Source and the next adventure…
