As a reminder, we will be at Alex's from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2026 for in person registrations. Anyone that would also like to pay in person may do so at this time as well.

We are a month away from registration closing. I know everyone is excited for basketball season to get started.😁

***For anyone that still needs to make payment for the season, we will be there to take those as well. As a reminder, payment is due by October 31,2026 for your child to play this year. ***

Hello everyone,

***Important Update**** Due to the holiday weekend and everyone's busy schedules, the association has decided to extend the early bird registration another week. 😁 Early bird registration will now end on 9.14 instead of the 9.7 date previously stated.

Below is the updated announcement:

GYBA registration will open tomorrow, Monday, August 31, 2026 at 7 am. Registration will close on Saturday, October 31, 2026. *** There will be no registrations past October 31, 2026 as we have to prepare for the season and order uniforms.**

The online registration fee is $80 for Kinder only (must be a kindergartener) and $150 per child (1st through 6th) with a $5.00 multiple child discount up to three. A $5.00 internet convenience fee will be charged via quick scores when registering online. ***If registering kinder with another child, please select the kinder plus one child, kinder plus two children or kinder plus three children from the drop-down menu. ***

Early bird registration ends on 09.14.26 ($10 off); $50 late fee registration will be from 10.23.26 to 10.31.26.

Online payment is preferred. However, if requesting to pay in person, payment must be received by October 31, 2026. No payment will be accepted during evaluations, as payment must be finalized prior to that date. Please message the GYBA page and/or email us at [email protected] to coordinate in person payments.

Evaluations will be held on Tuesday, November 3. Times and locations will be provided at a later date.

No practices will be had during the following dates: November 23 through November 27; December 21 through January 1. Practices resume January 4, 2027.

Tentative game day schedule (will all be played on Saturday's): December 5, 12, and 19; January 9, 16, 23, 30 and February 6 (end of season).

Ready or not, registration is set to begin on August 31st.

Please private message our page if you are interested in becoming a board member for the upcoming 2026-2027 season.

The current board will vote on the individuals that are interested.

We will have a need for a few new members as several current board members will be transitioning off the board for next year.

As a reminder, this would be a volunteer position. We are looking for individuals that want to be a part of their community and help grow the youth basketball program in Godley.

Congrats to all our 1st and 2nd place teams for the 2025-2026 season!!

We had excitement in the 1st/2nd grade girls division as they went into double overtime today during the championship game. 🏀🙂🏀

Proud of all these kids as there was lots of hustle out there, positive attitudes, and good sportsmanship on that court during the tournament. 🙂

Congrats to our first place Kindergarten team!!

Also, our first round of tournament play was last night (2/4) for the 5/6 girls division. Congratulations to our 1st and 2nd place teams on a successfull season! 🏀🙂🏀

Good luck to all the teams this upcoming weekend!! We will see you on the court. 🙂
