Somebody is really busy learning how to balance her High School work and her giving time. Spreading love in a different way this week. Met with Virginia Department of Transportation Public Affairs to discuss how Kordelia helps with the Adopt a Highway program! And cleaned her route the same day! Can’t wait to see the final production.

Come see Kordelia this Saturday at Virginia Made Products for their grand opening in Gloucester. The owner has been gracious enough to donate all the lemonade for a donation to Delia and her cause. Please help Delia show her a big thank you. Virginia Made Products creates unique artisan soaps and other bath products such as shower steamers, bath bombs, lotions, creams and scrubs. Kordelia got to meet Lieutenant Governor Winsome Earle-Sears today thanks to Sheriff Balderson and Sheriff Warren. Kordelia admires this woman for all she has done from being a Marine, to a business woman and now the first woman Lieutenant Governor to hold that office. On top of that she is the first black woman to hold a statewide office in Virginia. Her achievements are many. And of course they share a common interest in ensuring that First Responders are taken care of and loved. Hopefully Kordelia will get an opportunity to discuss her hopes for helping First Responders with not only the Lieutenant Governor but many more who can help get legislation passed. Coming to the aide of the community that keeps us safe needs to be a discussion that all parties can agree upon! At the end of the day political parties don’t matter when the men and women in uniform come to help you!
