CALL FOR STORM MONITORS: Help document storm damage on Cape Ann.
The National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood watch for the Massachusetts coast in effect from Sunday morning, 2/1, through Monday morning. The combination of an 11 foot high tide and strong winds from a storm along the east coast may cause flooding of low lying locations. Road inundation is possible in some areas. High tides on Sunday and Monday will be between 10:30 and 11:30 AM.
If you are able to safely take photos of flooding and other coastal damage from this event please upload them to:
MyCoast: Massachusetts, StormReporter at https://mycoast.org/ma
The MyCoast app can also be download on your phone. The photos you take will be uploaded directly to the StormReporter database at MyCoast: Massachusetts.
Thanks and be safe!
